Texas Success Academy is fully accredited by Middle States Accreditation which is an accreditation agency recognized by the US Dept of Education.

Since 1986, the (TEA) Texas Education Agency, through the Commissioner of Education, has recognized the accreditation responsibilities of The Texas Private Schools Association and its affiliated non-public schools and associations.

Texas Success Academy is able to educate student-athletes and keep their eligibility.
